Getting in touch with the parts department is impossible. You get a voice mail, and are asked to leave a number for a call back you may or may not get.. when you go into the parts department they just ignore you.
It's been a long time since I've dealt with good knowledgeable parts personnel. It's was just a hose I had in my hand but parts guy knew to which motor and the exact location of hose. Very impressive. Highly recommend this place for parts.
