The shop left me high and dry. These guys just follow what paccar corporate pencil pushers tell them to do. I got my KW towed here after reading some reviews. I had an issue with my ecm, they changed all my batteries (because that’s what corporate wanted them to do) and set me back on the road… and never fixed my ecm issue. Needless to say, I broke down 30 min down the road and had to get towed again. When I asked them what they could do for me, they said the towing is on me and if I bring it back to the shop maybe they will... read more
