Overall positive and professional experience from this Peterbilt location. The driver’s lounge was clean and comfortable, which made the wait easier. Communication was good. It was easy to get an Uber to nearby hotels, which is important when you are broke down.
Highly recommend! They got me in quickly to diagnose my company truck. Truck was in derate. Check in at 8am was back on the road by noon!
