This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional parts department experiences I’ve had. When I arrived, there were three customers waiting and three employees not present. About 10 minutes later, employees showed up, helped two customers, and then disappeared again—leaving one employee helping a customer while the rest vanished. They are OK it's just a part of the rush franchise they usually need everything including your blood type and to find you a part
