Good service and fast service!
Went in for 3 problems, after they "fixed everything" was left with 2 of those issues. They did great on figuring out what was causing the truck to go into derate intermittent. The popping in the front end, they claimed was the u-bolts lost torque and retightened them. Unfortunately, the popping noise came back less than 500 miles after departing from the shop. Called today, 1:00 pm on a Friday. Jennifer answered right away. I asked for parts. The first time I called it rang multiple times then hung up. The second time I called back and Jennifer transferred me to parts, it rang about three times and I got asked if I wanted to call back. So the third time I called it just rang continuously until I hung up. So I’m not sure how to rate a dealership when you can’t actually speak to anybody you need to speak with.
Bought a used truck just under 3 weeks ago from this dealer. My first 4 days running the truck after getting it tagged, (2200 miles) I'm out $1400 for a tow bill, $400 service call, truck has a parasitic draw wich I told my salesman about and was pretty much dismissed. Called the shop on my way from St Louis to see if I could get it looked at when I got unloaded in Joplin, "Sure, bring it in and we'll see what's going on".
