Alex and Rudy were both horrible to deal with. Highly unprofessional! Can't believe they're allowed by Peterbilt to act this way without repercussions from upper management. Smh.
This place has always been great for service. I've had some complications with a brand new truck and after a couple attempts they got it figured out and made it right by me and my wife and our wallet... Rudy is a great branch manager that heard what I had going on and said we are gonna make it right and fix it! That they did! Thank you sir!
