I am a PAM Transport driver; my truck has been there over a week now. Every time i call for an update i get confusing feedback. The service person from Peterbilt tells me that they sent an updated request, or are waiting for an approval for repair from our Road Rescue department. When i call Road Rescue, i am told, everything has been sent over to Peterbilt. I am also a Lease Owner, so approval for repairs have to also be approved by me.
