The parts department and the service department were awesome. My 2023 Peterbilt 389 with the Cummins X15, the spin on power steering filter on the bottom of the reservoir, happened to come loose and vibrate off and caused all the power steering fluid to be lost abruptly in Paducah, KY 3 miles before the Pilot truck stop. My wife and I made it safely to the truck stop and was able to park for the night. This happened on Tuesday night, 2 days before Thanksgiving.
