Terrible. Did not explain treatment options and made me feel like my reasons for seeking ortho were unimportant.
My son had braces applied- our ins plan changed halfway through treatment- the billing lady was rude and unwilling to work with us regarding the additional 1K out of pocket we had to pay. Info for a secondary insurance was given to her to help defray cost- it took her 4 months to bill them, and she argued that it was "overlooked" and the secondary ins wouldn't pay anyway- she hadn't even called to ask them. Braces laddie is very rude my daughter hated to go to her appointments. Staff not caring did not stand behind problems when things happened. Would not recommend to anyone
Dr. Ziegler and his staff are very professional and have been flexible scheduling orthodontic appointments these past 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Ziegler to parents looking for a reputable Orthodontist in the Omaha area.
