Such a friendly knowledgeable caring physician. So happy with him and the staff. They listen to you and care about you.
After a visit with Dr Yalch, I was looking over the paperwork for my visit and found it reported both that I was a daily smoker and that I had never smoked. As a nonsmoker I was concerned that this would impact any future insurance rates so I wanted to get this corrected. By law, they have 6 months from the time I report it to get it fixed. I will never be able to speak highly enough about Dr. Yalch. I’ve been a patient of his since he came to Baptist many years ago and for every health issue I’ve had he has been a true patient advocate. I’ve been to other PCPs while living in different cities but ended up returning to this office to see him when visiting rather than see any other doctor. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE OFFICE NOT THE PROVIDERS. But access to Dr Yalch is impossible it seems now. I have been a patient of Dr Yalch for over 10yrs. The past approx 2yrs since the office has gone through a revamp. Every single time I try to be seen there is an issue. Its is easter weekend and I am running out of medications that I need to function properly. No appt with anyone not even the Nurse Pract or anyone isnt available for over a week.
