I have used Peter a couple of times now. He is very thorough and explains what he finds very well. He also answers my many questions with great patience! I will certainly use him in the future for any properties I am planning to buy!
Unfortunately I have to rate Them or this doesn't post. I wouldn't even give them one star instead I'd give them a thumbs down I would never use these gentleman or their company. I entered a home after they inspected it to view and not only did they not put furniture or appliances back they also left a mess and debri all over. They left doors and cabinets open as well as an outside door to a garage unlocked.
