Each time I go to Dr Carter in Dyersburg, it is a great atmosphere in there. All the workers are so caring and very professional. I leave knowing I just got the care I needed and everyone was so amazing. Dr Carter and his staff care about all the patients.
The services were excellent
I love the entire Staff their. From what I've seen they take good care of their patients and Doctor Carter will find out what's wrong and treat you for it.
