Dr Stein is one of the best hand doctors I’ve seen over the years. He is professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. He is one of very few doctors who answers all my questions with patience and thoughtfulness, and encourages conservative treatment before rushing into surgery.
Dr. Stein made me feel comfortable. He had a nice sense of humor, that’s important to me. Did not rush me. Asked me more than once if I had any questions. He just makes you feel confident,

I see Dr. Peter Stein in the Great Neck Office. He's a consummate physician and gentleman. Uber detail-oriented, with stellar medical skills. Easy to talk to; listens intently and thoroughly addresses and cures your issue(s). He's my go-to Hand Specialist and I trust him 1,000%!!!

I saw Dr. Stein within minutes of arriving at the office. He always greets me with a smile and listens when I speak. He clearly explained my carpal tunnel and trigger finger pain and possible medical solutions. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions after I left and he would be happy to call me. He made me feel very comfortable, I never felt rushed, and I recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor for hand, wrist, or elbow issues.
