People are very kind and helpful. Explained everything I was gonna go through. They all know what they’re doing
Excellent care. My sciatica pain (the reason for surgery) is completely gone. The only drawback to the system is having to leave a question with the front desk which is then relayed to "the back" and eventually (but not always) results in phone call by the appropriate person. It seems being able to leave a voice message would work better. I really liked the texts from the office everyday after surgery with tips and encouragement about the recovery process. Very helpful. Dr. Shorten's team is great!
