I m scoring my visit a 10 . Scheduling was convenient. My wait time was minimal. The service provided by my Ortho Assistant, Lori, was outstanding. Not only did Lori take care of all the little touch-ups I needed she also was very clear on what my options were and communicated them to Dr. W effectively. This was my first maintenance visit since having my braces off and I was a little nervous that the fees would be untouchable especially now that I have surpassed my benefit allowance for ortho. We love Dr. Rothstein and Laurie. They always make me feel very comfortable and always make me laugh. I even sent my friend to see him and he loves them too. This is a great office and always look forward to my next appointment.

Both of my children are getting orthodontic treatment from Dr. W. Wonderful doctor and staff from the doctor himself to the front desk staff and everyone in-between. I would highly recommend him to anyone with children needing orthodontic treatment!
