I just had the worst experience making an inquiry to place an order. Then being spoken to in a grossly condescending manner and getting hung up on. Smh...When I was just trying to find out if a bouquet was available. Unbelievable!! Black and Brown people take your business elsewhere. I placed an order for a birthday flower arrangement by phone to you on 8/2/22. You charged me $90.00. The flowers were not delivered. When I called late in the afternoon that day wondering when they would be delivered I was told that it was out of the delivery area so they cancelled my order without any notice. He said I would receive a refund and it has not been 21 days and the refund has not gone through. This is a terrible way to do business and disappoint someone on their birthday. I ordered same-day delivery 5/17/22 and did the “florist pick”. The arrangement was a mix of hydrangeas, roses and lilies and was in perfect condition. The recipient loved it!
Very disappointing first impression of Peter Rogers Florist. Tried to place an order a few days before Mother's Day and woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. There are many florists in the area to choose from who know how to treat customers.
