I've had some great, mediocre, and a few not so great dentists from California to Cape Cod. Dr. Smith is one of the great ones. He's an excellent technician who studies the latest in dentistry each year and is patient in explaining exactly what he's doing every step of the way. His staff is top notch also with the newest having been with him for 19 years, which says much about his character.
I'm 32 years old and have had Dr. Smith as my dentist since I was a child. He and his staff are all extremely friendly, reassuring, honest, and all-around great at what they do. It's always such a relaxing atmosphere in there, that I actually look forward to my visits with them!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Excellent dentist and friendly staff, I received the best cleaning ever with Dr. Smith and his very professional hygienist. They are quite busy and I thought my daughter would have to wait a while for some elective work but were able to get her in when there was a cancelation. I look forward to seeing them again, hows that for an endorsement!
