They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
