Found a hair inbedded in the crust of my pizza. All the tables were filthy.
Extremely Overpriced & Unprofessional Staff This was my second visit—and definitely my last. The first time, they charged $5 for socks and a wristband just to let the kids use the playground. We went again yesterday and were shocked to find they’ve raised the price to $12. That’s outrageous for a small playground inside a restaurant. To make matters worse, there was an employee literally stationed in the playground, checking for socks and wristbands and yelling at kids for just being kids. Went for the buffet but had to wait for pizza, and in the 1.5 hours we were there, they only put out the deserts 1 time, and it was gone in less than a minute
This location was filthy. The tables were gross, and we arrived right when they opened so they were clearly not cleaned the night prior. The bathrooms smelled like urine and had dried blood in one of the sinks. When we let an employee know about the sink she did nothing, just kept doing what she was doing. We were there for 45 minutes & it was never cleaned. Over half the games were broken as well so it was just a waste of money.
