Ordered pizza. Waited 30 minutes and they hadn't started cooking it. Got a refund, 2 weeks later I was charged almost double the original amount and still haven't gotten my money back. This place is a joke
It sucked reserve a private room didn't get it I had a fight with them to put balloons on my son's table it does not matter what party pack you do you get even if it's just for the tables I think they should treat us a lot better! Maybe they should offer different character themes and they will get better business and people like myself and will not have to reserve just tables

Threw my food away while in the arcade and to top it off ended up feeling sick due to the food in the er cause of food poisoning never eating there again...
Pizza its great atmosphere is good its pretty fun place to be whith your family
Waited an hour for one of our pizzas. No one seemed to care.
Where the food is as good as the fun! We make it magic n every guest leaves happy.!!!
