Rude and disrespectful management, the website said they closed at 11 but when we went in they said they closed at 9 but the kitchen closed at 8. I called an hour before we went in and we got there at 8:30 and were refused service.
Very rude employee, came in 30 minutes before close and was told the kitchen was closed and call ins were prioritized however, I tried to call twice and my calls were not answered. When I went in to order I was refused service and told to call the general manager just to get me to leave
Bad service but as long as my grandsons had fun is all that matters but the service and associates are horrible with ppl skills. I do not recommend..won’t make this mistake twice.
I found a 2 to 3 inch cocroach under our table. Yuck

Waited an hour and 45 min for 10 boneless wings and one large pepperoni pizza ... cashier was rude. Never again.
We used online order when we came in the line was out the door . They wouldn’t let us pick up at carry out line had to wait in line for 45 minutes got to the front and they gave our order to someone else. Then the manager Nicole offered us drinks and said they had to remake by this time we’re like I guess we’ve waited this long . Great customer service would of been let me refund half your order for the inconvenience of having to wait another 45 minutes but honestly customer service sucked . 4 stars ⭐ My little cousin loved having his birthday parties here (as did I when I was younger). Pizza slices are a little small, but boy are they tasty. Can get a little carried away with that. Fun for all ages
