Rude and disrespectful management, the website said they closed at 11 but when we went in they said they closed at 9 but the kitchen closed at 8. I called an hour before we went in and we got there at 8:30 and were refused service.
Very rude employee, came in 30 minutes before close and was told the kitchen was closed and call ins were prioritized however, I tried to call twice and my calls were not answered. When I went in to order I was refused service and told to call the general manager just to get me to leave

Bad service but as long as my grandsons had fun is all that matters but the service and associates are horrible with ppl skills. I do not recommend..won’t make this mistake twice.
RecommendedGreat experience with their party. Friendly host, William was great maintaining for and drinks as requested and making the birthday party simple.
Drove all the way from Ruidoso to take my 3 year old to celebrate his birthday and they had it closed for a high school graduation party . This is beyond ridiculous! There was no advertising that they would be closed anywhere. Super disappointed never going there again would rather drive to Lac cruses to chuck e. cheese.
