paid the games and the customer service and and cashier they them on yesterday
It took the manager over 40 minutes to change the channel on the tv to watch a play off game. No customer service and the manager was rude. We are all paying customers there trying to enjoy our time. Yet, he preferred to help and assist other customers. How long does it take to change a channel?
We’ve been here twice for kids birthday parties. Both times the host was excellent, food arrived on time, and everyone was very attentive. Really a good value for the money. For our last party we had a couple of kiddos that needed gluten-free options, but PPP did not offer any. The management did allow us to bring in Dominos as they do offer a gluten-free pizza crust. Our hostess Gillian was awesome!
Service was terrible. We never got half of the things we asked for and pizza was cold.

The staff was extremely rude. They were under staffed. We stood in line for over an hour. The phone in the background rang continuously the entire evening with nobody answering it (very annoying). They were not serving beer because they had an underage cashier (on a Friday night...makes no sense). They insisted that they only had ranch dressing. No other dressing at all...overall our experience was horrible.
