I ordered online thinking it was cool and convenient for them to have the option. I went in to pick up and was told my order didn't even go through. Then I was told my order came through wrong and they didn't even start it. A manager came over and cancelled the order entirely stating it was the wrong pizza. I ended up being double charged even though he said the order cancelled entirely and shouldn't even show in my account. He didn't even give a cancellation receipt to ensure it was properly done.
