Horrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude. We bought 4 buffets and were planning to spend more money in the arcade but the manager told us we couldn’t have outside drinks. So we finished eating and left without spending any more money. We will never return.

This is probably my favorite location. We've come many times but when Ricardo is here it's a seamless process. He knows his job, he has great customer service and he's happy to help. He always greets us and professionally engages with my children. If any issue arises he will handle it in the most professional manner and make it right. The young man in the prize center isn't worried about us going over a few points and doesn't act like the extra ticket or two is coming out of his paycheck like some other locations do. I went here for my son’s friend’s birthday party and had a great experience. I had never been to this location before but was pleasantly surprised to see there was a play area here, like the one you’d see at Chuck E Cheese. Though it did cost extra, my son enjoyed playing in it. The whole party was tended to by an incredible employee , Nancy.
