Horrible customer service
Very unprofessional bad customer service I order an cinnamon crunch it's was really burnt . I called and told them can they make me another one was on hold for 20mins NO ONE GOT BACK ON THE PHONE .they never made a new one for me til 3hours later then when I got home the one they remade wasn't cooked all the way it was so doughy . My last visit I was not impressed, I went again today and I have to say Christina and her workers have out done themselves! The breadsticks were actually like other locations! The pizza was amazing and I will be back again soon (:
Tried again hoping it gets better and nope. They cant find my order but I paid! This is bs. I have to keep asking what's going on and they all stare at each other with no clue and I have to wait for them to make it again. Don't do online orders they screw up ever single darn time its ridiculous. Manager has a bad attitude onto of that. Not a people person no smile straight face not helpful. New Dessert Item: Dough with a dash of cinnamon. Taste exactly as it looks, plain. Thing was harder than life itself. Didn’t even eat a full slice. Sigh. 😮💨
