Excellent BMW service I bought my BMW from Peter Pan which was a reasonably tolerable process given I had to deal with a car salesman, but the real great experience came in using them to service the car. My service representative (who sadly has since left) was awesome. He knew the cars and the service process at BMW inside out. He knew how to get things taken care of and helped me get a loaner car or rental when needed. Awesome Auto Dealership I have now had my first BMW, a Z4, from peter pan motors a year now and must say the service is awesome. On June 29th, 2022 I pick up my new car at Peter Pan BMW. After the poor customer service & extended wait time at the dealership, I got my new **** Within a few miles driving from ********* to *******, ** on ****************, on highway the new car was unable to make acceleration during rush hours traffics. BUYER BEWARE- They BROKE our car and didn't take responsibility. We had an awful experience here. We brought our BMW X5 in for a drivers side airbag recall and this is what happened... After my husband picked up our car after the "repair" and left ***** *** we discovered our horn stopped working- the exact part of the car they worked on as this is where the drivers side airbag is.
