I was a patient of Dr. Peter A Noseworthy, M. D., at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Based on my exam results (Stress test on February 28), Dr. Noseworthy mentioned to me that he suspected that I had some blockage in an artery or a vein in the heart, so he asked my authorization to perform (if necessary) the deployment of a stent if the blockage was to be found during the guided intravascular ultrasound (IVUS).
