I have had a good experience with this office. I had previous issues with other offices that did not spend time with the patient. This office is different, and it has great customer service from everyone. I would add that the cash prices are higher here than elsewhere in other higher volume offices, but in exchange you get higher quality dental care. It has always been a pleasure to have my dental work done by Dr. Peter Ngai and Dr. Penny Phipps. I have been going to their office for more years than I can remember. Everyone in the office is eager to help and a pleasure to talk to. They spend the necessary time for the work to be done well, and I never feel rushed.
Peter is very gentle and attentive. He continuously asks if you are doing okay and is excellent about letting you know that you are doing great. Received 3 fillings today with his new laser technology. No Novocaine whatsoever and no pain whatsoever.
