Dr. Mikhail was my mom's primary care physician. He is a very caring doctor. Back in 2012, she almost died, and at the time she luckily survived. She has since passed away, but I'll never forget his caring nature.
Ive been going to him so lomg we are like friends. Doest miss crossing t or doting a i. Very professional and great personality
His staff is beyond unprofessional. They make you wait over an hour for an appointment and no apologies. His demeanor was rude and abrasive. Also did not follow through with recommendations and referrals as necessary for serious medical treatments. He is a primary care doctor and his job is to process the referrals for medical care to specialists within the HMO. Over a month and nothing has happened.
Dr. Peter Mikhail is an awesome physician. I have been under his care for a few years and am blessed to have him as my doctor. I first met him when he treated me after an accident at a Marina Del Rey urgent care center. I was so impressed by him that I later made changes with insurance do he would be my primary doctor. Recently I have been enduring multiple health issues and am grateful to be under his care. His staff is terrific as well, especially Jennifer. Marsha R.
