Very unimpressed by this realtor for not disclosing very known information about the CN rail hub being built in Milton very close to the property we purchased. We were unfamiliar with this and probably should have done our own research but this realtor was well aware of this and never disclosed it. Withholding this information makes this agent extremely untrustworthy. If we had known we probably would not have purchased this property or have not gone to the price we did.
