They simply don’t pick up the phone and don’t know what they are doing! This is unacceptable!
Think twice before selesting this doctor for your for your Urologist. The doctor seems competent but not overly communicative about optinal treatments or possible side effects. The receptionist, phone system and administrative staff need systemic improvements. I just sat on hold for 27 minutes waiting to see when I could see the doctor about acute urinary pain which I believe was brought on by an office procedure done a week ago. I’ve heard very good things about the doctor, but the customer service at the office is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s a shame they put people in that position who are completely unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. What a disappointment.

Customer service DE LO PEOR hasta para hacer una cita no digamos para contestar el teléfono son horas. Yo no volveré a ese lugar. Es pérdida de tiempo. Hay una señora cubana ahí de lo más antipática nada profesional NO LOGRO ENTENDER COMO PERSONAS ASÍ PUEDEN TENER UN PUESTO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE.
