I am super happy with this doctor
Dr Mennie is a great guy and very helpful but unfortunately the same cannot be said about his staff. His Office waits until the day before an appointment to call and say they need the Referral changed to reflect the Facility and not the Doctor. BTW my Insurance does not require a Referral for Specialists it is their Office that requires it and the Office Manager blames the Insurance and the PCP. Again Dr Mennie is very nice and Good so if you are willing to deal with unnecessary delays due to staff inefficiency NP. I am not!... read more
Y una estrella es demasiado. El Dr avisò hoy, el mismo día de una operación ya programada que va a salir del país, ya las personas y la familia acomodan horarios y permisos en sus trabajos para poderse operar y el Dr manda a llamar dos horas antes para decir, debo cancelar porque tengo que salir del país, voy a buscar a otro Dr a ver cuando puede operar. Falta de empatía y ética.
