So far not great, cancelled my fiance's surgery 2x already, now scheduled for upcoming tuesday, just left hospital for all bloodwork and pre-op work and not one hospital employee is seeing any surgery scheduled for tuesday.
Dr McQueen service is great . I like the fact that he is very straight forward and tell you how it is . He really cares about his patients health and what is the best option for them . I had a knee surgery last November
Really bad answering service. I tried like 10 times and no answer. And when they do answer they immediately put you on hold and leave you waiting a long time. They really need to get that together.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt, however, terrible service! cancelled surgery 3 times. Scheduled one for the 16th, went for bloodwork and preop tests over weekend and everyone said surgery not scheduled and of course can't get in touch with over weekend. Called Monday morning and office acting like they weren't aware that told us the 16th, even though doctor's notes themselves say "November" so not sure what day he meant since it's already mid-November.
