Firstly I want to acknowledge the people who work the front desk here at Moorabbin. Rachel, who's smile and mannerisms can't help but make you smile. She provides a comforting warmth alongside being so helpful. Kyle, he's a sweet guy and does his best. Chantal, (excuse the spelling) she does wonderful job looking our for those entering Selena, who is bubbly and sincere. Staff at Peter Mac Moorabbin are nice and caring during our treatment, and organised. The overall positive experience was comfortable, for otherwise stressful situation. Thank you Free coffee/tea machine in waiting area was the cherry on top. Free timed parking is available on side streets

I have a gripe. Petermac serves two main purposes. To control/cure your cancer or at least make your suffering more bearable. Without Petermac you are dead. So some patients should be more tolerant and show some courtesy. Control your emotions even if you are feeling horrible. Machines break down, specialists run late. The alternative is simple and involves a lot of flowers.

Everyone here is amazing. We are so lucky to have a public facility with such wonderful people - oncologists, nurses, radiologists, dieticians, receptionists - everyone without fail treated my dad with dignity, patience and care during this almost 5 week daily treatment protocol. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and also for the parking validation to ensure the parking costs were capped every day !
