Everyone here is amazing. We are so lucky to have a public facility with such wonderful people - oncologists, nurses, radiologists, dieticians, receptionists - everyone without fail treated my dad with dignity, patience and care during this almost 5 week daily treatment protocol. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and also for the parking validation to ensure the parking costs were capped every day !
Staff are absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and thorough explaining the procedure and answering any concerns when having a RT or MRI. The doctors, especially Ass Prof David Kok and his team take as long as required to explain procedures and address any fears you have and work your treatments around that. The follow-up from nurses and doctors is A grade and all staff have made my experience with ease. Very patient and understanding. Radiotherapy department is stellar. Nothing but gratitude for professionalism. Could not expect better care. If visiting regularly park in Gardiner Road to avoid overpriced parking.
