Wonderful doctor who took the time to listen to my concerns and he made sure he answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
Very good DR takes his time does not rush very good at explaining everything
I left extremely frustrated and disappointed after my visit with Dr. Mcgannon as he spent very little time with me, seemed dismissive of my symptoms, and didn't even examine my eyes. Was referred to him by another doctor and left without my vision issues being addressed or fixed.
Zero stars! Dr. McGannon is rude and arrogant and showed no compassion. He dismissed my painful symptoms and did not perform a full exam. Stay clear away from this “doctor!” Cleveland Clinic should be ashamed to have him on staff. His patients are just a number to him.
