After my C-section, I was moved to my room where I stayed for two days. During my first night, Nurse Sheryl took care of me, and I truly cannot express how grateful I am for her. She is Filipino and treated me like family. I would like to sincerely thank the nurses Sam, Jessie, Melissa (ER) , Cheryl and Crystal, the attending doctors and most specially Dr. Justin Dragoman and all nursing staff for their exceptional care and kindness. You are the “unsung heroes” Your professionalism, patience, and compassion made a difficult time much easier. I am truly grateful for the attention and support my husband received at the Peter Lougheed Hospital.
Worst hospital I have ever been to . Staff is always rude here and they just want you gone as soon as possible . Doctors could care less about their patients in emergency some of these people should not be doctors or nurses because they have a lack of empathy and understanding and that doesn’t make for good nurses and doctors and they rush you out of the room
Everytime I have come to this hospital I have had horrible experiences it’s why I go to south health hospital instead. First of all your staff most of them have complete attitude problems and should not be working in nursing and being in a medical profession. Secondly why should a cough come before someone bleeding or having a heart attack how is that acceptable? A cough 99 percent of the time won’t kill you but a heart attack and stroke will kill you . Unfortunately, I was rushed to the PLC at the end of December via ambulance, due to a potentially life-threatening issue with my liver + pancreas. It was a very scary and stressful situation but fortunately, the incredibly kind, compassionate, intelligent and loving healthcare staff were there for me every step of the way 🥰 Everyone from triage to the porters, nurses, assistants, and physicians were so lovely, even though the ER was overflowing with patients + their families.
