Saved my life. What more is there, wait times can be long because people who dont need to be there show up with scraps and cuts that could be dealt with at home and the patients who need to be seen end up in first of course but it slows the whole process down and fills up the waiting room. I dont think youshould be ableto rate a buildingmeant to save lives, what if you were the idiot with the scraped knee who waited 8hrs, your review would be bad lol

I am very disappointed with the care on Unit 52 due to the behavior of one of the HCAs, Mila. Her interactions with patients have been consistently unpleasant, and she often shows a lack of professionalism and respect. One especially concerning incident was when a patient asked to use the commode. While assisting with the transfer, Mila told the patient that they were “too heavy” and suggested that they should just have a bowel movement in their briefs instead, as it would be easier for her not to move them. My father has been hospitalized since Tuesday, September 30, 2025, awaiting a stent placement before a critical toe amputation due to type 1 diabetes and worsening gangrene. Despite fasting and being withheld from insulin—resulting in dangerously high blood sugar—he was labeled “hostile” for requesting necessary care.
