Horrible service from the receptionists, very rude and inconsiderate. When asking questions, they roll their eyes and seem annoyed. When collecting blood work through IV or performing blood glucose checks, Dr. Peter Lau did not clean the site before puncturing. When my grandparent expressed concerns, Dr. Peter Lau dismisses them without addressing them appropriately. The receptionist was rude and had a poor attitude. Irresponsible, indifferent, only cares about making money and doesn't care about anything else, utterly terrible.
