Just don't go there you will end up with more problems then buying a car from someone off the street! They weren't rude at first but if you come back with a problem they treat you like crap, the mechanic is lazy and only does a half ass job fixing things... example one of many problems I needed BOTH stabilizer bushings replaced, He never drove the damn car because if he did he would have known BOTH were bad when I took it back after the first time he said he replaced it but was shocked when I said the other one like I didn't... read more
I bought a car from these guys a couple of months ago. Saved a buttload, but the driver's window was acting up. Sure enough, they got it right in for me and took care of it as promised. Couldn't be happier
Well I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer paid the price they wanted. They agreed to fix what needed to be fixed. But did not listen when I illustrated that the bumper needed to be fixed and painted. They were going to replace the chrome bummer which was not damaged at all. The car was promised to me on Thursday. Some excuse was given that Ford dealership whom was adding a feature did not do the work. Truck would be ready and Delivered Saturday. When I was looking to save money on a late model used car, Superior helped me locate a car that was not in their inventory. It's nice to work with professionals. My car looks new. I am a woman and they have a friendly way of taking care of a customer. I felt confident and they bought a car for me that was in excellent condition. They gave me a free Carfax too. Superior is AAA++++ in my book.
Don't trust them – I highly recommend that you purchase a vehicle any place else but here!! Based on my experience these people are not interested in anything but selling cars. I bought a vehicle from them and once I got off the lot, there were too many problems to list. They told me to just bring it back and they would fix everything and they kept it for two weeks and only fixed 2 things. The transmission was bad and the brake calipers were frozen. Service stinks. Missing components out of the car after a shotty inspection. Do your research before buying a car from these shysters. I should have. Good luck. --- Check the BBB website and the Yahoo reviews as well.
