Dr.Chak is a very good doctor he checks from head to toe. My whole family goes to him and couldn't be any happier with any other doc!! Hes also good with calling back patients with results, and also with pharmacy requests for refills
First thing you notice as soon as you step inside , its not clean at all ... bathroom is right next to front desk ... its a walk in clinic , first come first serve .. has TWO waiting rooms .. hes a nice dr but rushes you out the door ... went in for a first visit .. will not go back
