I have been a patient of Dr. Jay’s for about 30 years. Dr. Jay is very professional and explains things in a way that I can understand and listens to all that I say. I have complete faith in Dr. Jay as my orthopedic doctor.
Dr. Jay is awesome. Especially like the option of the Joppa Road office. The staff there is so friendly especially the receptionist. ( Sorry, I can't reccall his name)
I was impressed with Dr. Jay. After telling me the bad news about my knee he also told me he treats the patient not the x ray. So for now no surgery.
Top shelf service all the way around. The entire staff and Dr. Jay were great and I’m fully confident they will help me navigate a way back to 100% healthy.
