Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I'm in the medical field and I choose to go to this office as my primary care. The entire medical staff if very patient and I find that they have the( very rare gift it seems ) of actually caring about their patients. I feel like the staff listens to me and asking pertinent questions concerning my visit. In my profession, I interact with many different doctor offices and this office stands out.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable

I have visited with RN Pat Siemionko at Dr Jacobson's office and I absolutely love her. She was thorough and explained things in ways that I understood. She took her time with me and looked at my full history in order to provide some recommendations.
