I used to really love this office. I haven't been for a few years. Called yesterday to make an appointment for my son. Ivy at the office explained that I could not do this. This was new to me and I explained that often I will make appointments for my fiancé and she for me at other offices. Ivy explained this is a new policy set by Dr. Puthenveetil as they were experiencing no-shows.
