Dr. Hanna and his staff are great! It was by far one of the easiest dental experiences ever.
Dr. Hanna is a wonderful dentist. I left his office looking ten times better than I did when I walked in. His demeanor and professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend him.
I had been seeing Hanna for about 7 years. He is OK but one of his regular assistants is all knuckles ... really bad. Hanna put my mother's implant in wrong and got really mad when she insisted he fix it. He is rather expensive, and constantly pushing cosmetic extras (e.g., a $400 whitening treatment available over-the-counter for ~$35). I'm looking for someone else.
Service was horrible. Had to see an endodontist to correct multiple treatments for a root canal. Dr. Hanna gave no antibiotics for root canal procedure which became very infected. Billing was constantly screwed up and overpriced based on my insurance coverages. In short, while Dr. Hanna was pleasant, every visit ended miserably. I wouldn't recommend this office's services to anyone.
Very friendly atmosphere. Almost no waiting time.
