Horrible experience. Dr.Casella hurts my intestine with his instrument after a laparoscopy procedure. I was feeling so bad I returned to his office and his nurse changed my pain pills he prescribed for me. I continued feeling horrible so I went to the hospital and admitted to cut 4" of my intestine that was hurt by Dr. Casella. Dr. Casella is a nice person, but Please, do not risk your life with him.
Dr. C has been my doctor for 28 years he delivered my son 28 years ago he is the best doctor in Florida. When I tell you he has the best bedside manner. I would like to wish him a happy birthday today and many more.

Dr. Casella is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is a very caring doctor and his staff is just excellent. He took very good care of me for all of my surgery and now my daughter is under his care. He is very patience and explains everything and makes sure you understand and he is very gentle and concerning doctor. We are not just a number to him or a patience he is like family. Thank you Dr. Casella
