I decided to part with a diamond pendant that I wore infrequently in order to make some home improvements. Mr. Indorf was knowledgable and treated me very fairly. He walked me through the steps while making the appraisal. He showed me around his work stations and even did a quick fix on a ring that was "more oval than round." His kind, friendly attitude helped me to conclude the sale of the diamond without regret. He is the person to see if you are in need of this type of service.
I made an appointment, showed up and he came to door with cell phone and said he was on a call would we mind waiting. This is unacceptable. Also the facilywas filthy and poorly cared for. We left immediately.
Peter designed my engagement ring many years ago so he was the perfect person to redesign my inherited jewelry. We had two consultations and here are my new earrings and ring. It was such a wonderful experience to re-connect with Peter.
