Friendly and professional. We think we get great service from Peter Inch &Associates. Our tech this year was Brandon Inch. He was very knowledgeable ,friendly and thorough .
As always the service was excellent from the time of booking the appointment... follow up reminders etc. The actual service call with Brandon I. was exceptional. Not only did he thoroughly inspect and clean my fireplace but provided insight into best practises as well as info on what to do in certain situations i.e. if the pilot light goes out. We were recommended to call Peter Inch for a new HVAC system. Dean Timpany called and confirmed the appt . He was very knowledgeable, polite and attentive to our needs . They came in with an extremely competitive quote . Their service guys showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and professional! They walked us through the system and how to program it . I would highly recommend Peter Inch and Associates! A great example of honest hard working professionals!
On Oct 17 we had our service on our furnace. Although the general service was handled satisfactorily, I had some concerns this time. We have been happy with the yearly service plan, but this year the cost went up and in addition the filters that were included are no longer ( which could cost an extra $100.) Also, when the technician sends a text to say they are on the way to our location at 8:00 am and came at 11:15 made it inconvenient for us.
Brandon came yesterday for my yearly check of fire place and furnace. He was respectful, knowledgeable and great to deal with. He showed me what needed to be replaced in my furnace. Am very grateful.
