Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider welcome questions? Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

They were happy to address every concern I had Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
