I have been coming to Peter Gill Medical Centre since 2009 after many years of looking for a GP who had the perfect balance of patient care and medical expertise. I found that in Dr Jocelyn Lin who has guided me through my medical journey over 15 years. In that time, I moved overseas, and then to another state, but continue to access Dr Lin's services when in Sydney or via phone consultations.

My mother has been a patient of Dr Jocelyn Lin for over ten years. Dr Lin is a compassionate and empathetic listener who deals with each issue with diligence and care. She has an excellent bedside manner and knowledge base and provides great aftercare and follow up. Dr Lin is an admirable and professional doctor who is thoroughly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Dr Jocelyn Lin for several years now — probably over 10 visits in total — and not once has she been on time. While I understand delays happen occasionally in any medical practice, the consistent lack of punctuality is extremely frustrating and frankly, unprofessional. Last week was particularly disappointing: my appointment was at 11pm, but I didn’t get to see her until 2pm. That’s more than a two-hour delay with no meaningful communication or apology.
