Very disappointed. Both receptionists are racist and indirectly rude. The doctor was in a hurry, not caring for my daughter. Never came back.

I feel deceived by the experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment and filled out an online form beforehand, as instructed in the email I received. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out another form, they said I needed to fill out the paper form to "double-check my answers”. This seemed extremely inefficient—if the purpose of the online form was to save time, why make me fill out another one in person? The most frustrating part was the payment. I have been coming to this clinic for 18 years now, and I have been happy with their service. Dr James Liew and Nurse Lisa have always been professional, attentive and kind. There are other clinics nearer where I live, but I would rather drive 20 minutes to go to this one.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with my recent visit to this clinic. The lack of professionalism was startling. My appointment felt rushed, and the doctor's advice was vague and unhelpful. The receptionist was also extremely rude, just gossiping while I was waiting to get called. Highly disrespectful.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this clinic. The staff's rudeness was immediately apparent, both in person and over the phone. The doctors seem to be just going through the motions—no thorough examinations or treatments, just basic consultations that somehow still come with a hefty price tag.
