This was the first dentist appt. for our 5 year old son. Kristen was AMAZING!!!! She explained everything to him so he knew what was happening and made the experience so comfortable for him that he had no fears being there or getting his teeth checked. We have been going to Hidden Lakes for about 4-5 years with a little break in between when we moved, but the care and attention that Dr. Gallos and his staff provides is why we keep coming back and knew this was the right place to bring our kids too!
Great first visit today. These people are understand the importance of communication and hospitality. My hygienist today, Kelly, was awesome. And Dr. Gallos took time to listen to my history and work with me on a plan for some upcoming needs that makes sense to me and works with insurance. I'll definitely be going back!
My entire family drives from downtown Chicago to Hidden Lakes dental care because Dr. Gallos and his entire staff are that good. I've been a patient for three years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
I absolutely loathe going to the dentist...so much so that I avoided it for about 5 years. After visiting 2 other dental offices in Bolingbrook the past year, I never thought I would find a dentist that at least made the experience tolerable until I found Hidden Lakes and Dr. Gallos.
