Always a pleasure to see Dr. Roan. Will miss him when he retires.
I like Dr. Roan as much as someone can like their doctor. Lately he’s responding to my cardiac health has been a miss. I have been waiting on a call from him for a referral to a surgeon in Boise. I have a blockage and I need my heart valve replaced. I was told I would hear something in a couple days, now it’s a week and his message to me was from his assistant was I am not anemic? That was not the question. What should I do?
Dr. Roan is a good doctor, however at this time spouses are not allowed in the office I think he should make ir a priority to call the spouse during the office visit. Especially when tests are being ordered. I couldn't remember anything to tell my wife about what he told me. Another St. Al's doctor I have always gives me a printout of my plan of care and everything we discussed. That would be helpful too. Especially now

This was a follow-up appointment from a heart attack on 8/3/19. I went well, overall I like Dr. Roan quite well.

This was an annual review after open heart surgery and Dr. Roan was very helpful in suggesting that I check my blood pressure at home since it seemed elevated from my last visit.
I have been seeing Dr Roan for 16 years. He has always been very professional and caring.
