Not sure how Peter Binder is practicing law period. He is am extremely dishonest person. I have a transcript with a judge and prosecutor speaking of how legal action needing to be taken against him. He has previously been in front of the Missouri Supreme Court for unethical conduct. He currently has cases pending with Missouri Displinary board that will eventuality end up with him in front of Missouri Supreme Court againi.
